Somehow when I took this photo it didn't occur to me that this building was part of the 'old town'that I was searching for, and I proceeded to walk in the opposite direction and did a giant loop of the city including the red light distict... around 4 hours later I finally discovered the beautiful old town (and this building again)on my way home.
